Arrived home late after work every night, for the past 2 weeks. Take home either local burger or drive-in fast food, then surrender to sleep. Same routine for tomorrow, and day after. Yesterday had Dunch at 4pm, after the meeting. (Dunch = dinner and lunch). The level of sugar was dropping - I was shaky, sweaty and hungry. Finished the meal but never feel full. Continued snacking between reading and replying emails. Feel unhealthy.
