Selepas lebih 365 hari tersimpan di dalam kotak, akhirnya kasut senaman yang tersimpan cantik di dalam kotak digunakan. Tiba di tasik seawal jam 7.30 pagi tetapi kelihatan keadaan laluan untuk berlari dan berjalan sedang dalam pembinaan. Berikut adalah catatan diari saya:
The walking track was heavily under constructions. It rained heavily last night, potholes were seen everywhere, and filled with water. I decided to only walk and not run. Have attempted to run on my second round but the level of energy wasnt just there. Managed to walk 2 rounds (1.4km x 2 rounds) before going off to a nearby mamak and had roti canai dan teh tarik.
