Which is important? Drinking enough water or the internet?

The survey results found that people said they would be far more stressed by not having Internet access than if their central heating failed, their TVs died or they didn’t have drinking water. Unbelievable.

I am one of those people who don't have to stay in London and would agree the same. Sitting in front of the PC with an internet connection is what I am good at, I can sit all day and not accomplishing other important things in life, like drinking sufficient water or take good care of myself

Why is drinking sufficient water is important? 70% of our body are made up of water is the simplest answer. If you need more explanations, then please do read the articles here. I did a short research before writing, and was surprised to learn the many things I do not know about how living healthily can be as simple by just drinking sufficient water daily (plain water, not the caffeine or carbonated, ok).

500ml + 1.5liter = 2 liter




So how much is enough? The simple calculation would be every 25kg of weight would need at least 1 litre of water daily. So that makes me having (to commit) to drink at least 2 liters of water daily and seriously, that is a lot of water (and pee!) Again, the long answer will be here, please read on and you will be surprised to discover that the amount of water also depends on many other factors, such as the food that we eat, or the much of caffeine we love take (to keep us alert and awake like a real human, i suppose). What that really means is , each of us (including me), would actually need more than 2 litres a day!

But lets start the simple way. I have accomplished myself a target to drink no less than 2 litres a day. And this is my daily water-drinking menu which I would prepare them wayyyy ahead before I sit (in front of my pc) and stick my bu** with a glue. - see the photo attached above

1. Inside the Astro On Demand fat-mug: 500ml Herbalife Tea Mix - make it hot and without sugar (sometimes, I cheat to put some, and sure no harm)
2. Inside the Tupperware 1.5 liter tumbler/pitcher : Plain water mix with 3 cap full of Herbal Aloe. Drink it throughout the day, and before calling of the day to bed, make sure it is emptied.

So how long has this been a routine? A month of full-commitment and another of drink-and-forget in between. But that was fine too. Nothing can be a routine without such process ( or you can call it "pain").

I wish to write another related story related to this, how my prolonged dry-cough problems has came to an end, with just the help of having this routine in place after a month. I shall write this in my later post.
