Sometimes you need another row of a page widget because you have too many menus (created using pages) to be displayed. Sometimes you just need it to separate different group of menus as visualized below. By default, the blogger setting will only allow one page widget to be added per layout. Here is the other way around.
For this purpose, I used my "testing" blogspot account and installed the free classic blogger template (sure it looks ugl*)
So now you have a row of menu that listed all the online shops (separate ulrs maybe) and the other to display all menus necessary to navigate the blog it self. How cool!
Be mindful to:
1. Do backup template> backup/restore prior to managing html template
2. Make sure to expand the widget, so you copy the complete <b:widget... to </b:widget>
